Sugar is really bad for your body and the climb in its intake has been extremely detrimental to the human race. In the 1800’s humans only consumed 1 teaspoon of sugar per year, today the average is 50 teaspoons per day.

Our bodies aren’t used to this and cannot handle this amount. The result of all of this sugar consumption is an epidemic of obesity, diabetes, allergies and even cancer. Start decreasing your sugar intake, cut out soda and no calorie sweeteners, you will start to lose weight quickly.

2. Wheat: Wheat is a very common hidden food allergy, especially in America where it has been genetically modified. Because many people’s bodies don’t handle the modified wheat, allergies have become very common. And surprisingly, many people are completely unaware that they have a problem with wheat. Some symptoms that can present themselves if you have problem with wheat are depression, anxiety, anger or even hay fever.

Depression is a huge problem these days, yet instead of treating the cause, doctors treat the symptoms with dangerous often body damaging drugs. Wheat is the first ingredient in most processed foods, stop eating junk food and you will lose weight.

3. Dairy: Many people have hidden dairy allergies as well, and this can alter moods and cause low energy levels. The hormones that animals are injected with make their ways into our systems when we ingest cheese and milk products, the result is catastrophic to our bodies.

Symptoms can be extremely subtle, like tiredness or a headache, so people don’t address the issues going on in their bodies until it is too late. Cut out dairy from your diet, add soy products or even organic dairy and you will not only feel better, but your waist line will decrease too.
