They say that if you want to lose some weight, stop eating rice and revert to eating bread instead. Well, I think that would also depend on how much rice and bread you eat. If you take more than 2 or 3 cups of rice per meal, then I suggest you slowly take out 1 or 2 cups for each meal until you get used to eating just 1 cup of rice every meal. And when you get used to eating just 1 cup of rice in each meal, then you can try eating half cup of rice and exchange the other half with 1 or 2 slices of bread just to make you feel full and at the same time, your mind will tell you that you’ve eaten several kinds of food so you should be full by now.

In choosing the type of rice to eat, make sure that anything organic is much healthier than the commercialized products available in the market. They may cost a little more than the usual products that we’re used to buying but I assure you that the health benefits that you will be getting out of these organic consumable products will be way more beneficial than you can imagine.
