Green tea has been well known for its healthy property and its ability to fights different types of diseases in the recent years. Recent studies have also suggested that green tea can also help many skin disease cases out there.

Most beauty and skin care products out there nowadays contain different vitamins like Vitamin- E. The reason of including these vitamins is because of its antioxidant property.

Antioxidants help in getting rid of free radicals which are responsible for many skin problems, free radicals come from excessive sun exposure and many other ways.

Green tea contains a powerful ingredient which is catechins that is also proven to help get rid of free radicals in the blood stream.

Recent studies have proved that green tea contains an ingredient called epigallocatechin gallate which contains more antioxidants then vitamin E by 200 times! Therefore it’s a more efficient way for getting rid of free radicals in the body then vitamin E.
