Muscle Building Exercising Tips
Do you think building muscle is easy? Well, it’s not. If it were easy, why isn’t everyone lean and muscular? Muscle building takes hard work and dedication. It’s not an overnight accomplishment. If you want to build lean, rock solid muscle, then you have to be willing to put forth the time, work, and dedication that it takes to get the job done.
When building muscle, it is crucial that you have the right exercise routine. If you don’t know how to exercise, you will never build any muscle. Here are some exercise tips to help you build some muscle:
- Perform compound exercises: Compound exercises are exercises that work multiple muscles across more than one joint.
- Train with free weights: Free weights are more effective for muscle growth than machines. They require more balance and stabilization than machines, therefore working the muscles in a fuller fashion.
- Do about 4 - 6 sets of each compound exercise.
- Perform 6 - 10 reps per set. Set the weight high enough that when you get to the sixth or the eighth rep you begin to feel a burning fatigue sensation.
- Give each muscle group at least 48 hours to rest before working them again. This is critical because the muscles grow when your body is at rest, not when you are working out.
In order to gain muscle size and strength, you must work your muscles with weight training. When you weight train at the gym, you are actually breaking down the muscles. You must eat correctly after exercising to recover your muscles so that your workout won’t be in a waste of time. When exercising, perform compound exercises like the bench press, squat, deadlift, and the military press. Perform a lower number of reps with heavier weight. This is ideal for muscle growth.
Make sure that you follow these tips and you will be muscular in no time. Get off your but and get to the gym. You’ve got work to do!!!
