I always drive my ball straight down the core of the fairway. Hitting straight shots off the tee is ordinary for me. My acquaintances are jealous of my consistent tee shot.

While you are saying this, envisage your ball going right down the heart of the fairway. Envision hearing your friends speaking about what a wonderful shot it is. Imagine how you feel when you hit such a great shot.

The greatest time to say this to yourself, and utilize your visualization is to get in a relaxed, almost asleep state. Sit in a cozy chair, take a few deep breaths and close your eyes. Envision seeing the numbers starting with ten, and going down to one. When you get to one, take quite a few deep breaths, and merely say “relax” to yourself softly.

Then begin to leisurely and gently repeat your statement to yourself, while seeing the ball go straight down the core.

If you do this two or three times a day for a week or two, you will see some spectacular improvements in your tee shot. After you’ve got that part of your game down, you can work on your fairway shots, you short game, your putting, and every other portion of the game.

There is nothing wrong with sweating. There are so many perfectly normal reasons for why we sweat. The most common reason for sweating has something to do with how our body works.

Our bodies are very intelligent in that it can automatically adjust our system according to the environment we are in. For example, if you feel hot, your body will make you sweat to cool you off.

However, extreme sweating is also very possible and it is a common problem for most of us. These conditions are often something which we find that we have inherited from our parents, grandparents or ancestors. This condition is also often associated with hyperactive sweat glands. But the good thing is that this can be easily remedied.

The very first thing that you must do to prevent sweating is to decrease your daily consumption of coffee.

Coffee might be great to wake you up early in the morning but it can be quite a problem if you drink too much of it. For one, both caffeine and sugar are stimulants that make your heart race, temperature increase and your body to sweat.

The next tip on how to prevent sweating is to not go overboard on alcohol. Especially when you are with the company of people you want to impress, you will want to stay away from alcohol as alcohol actually elevates your body temperature and make you sweat.

How To Lose Flabby Upper Arms Without Touching A Dumbbell

It is possible to lose flabby upper arms without having to step on a treadmill for hours on end. Is this statement really true? Absolutely.

They key is to practice the most effortless type of fat loss in existence. No, I’m not talking about surgery. I’m talking about spontaneous fat loss.

It’s the easiest because you don’t have to hop on the treadmill like the energizer bunny and you don’t have to starve yourself to death. In fact, all you have to do is make some adjustments here and there and the arm fat will go away.

So here are 4 awesome tips you should consider so that your flabby upper arms begin to melt away:

1. Buy foods with labels from not-so-cool places. Studies have shown restaurant goers will unconsciously eat up to 500 fewer calories at dinner if they are presented with wine that comes from an undesirable wine-producing area. You have to be creative here, but it’s worth it.

2. Try to only eat low GI carbs. The carbs with the absolute lowest GI are vegetables and legumes. The more of these you eat, the more arm fat you’ll lose. Obese teenage boys will eat 621 fewer calories in a single meal when eating low GI carbs. Low GI carbs are your best friends.

3. Eat a nice sized salad before the main course. If you have at least one and a half cups of roughage before the main course, you can expect to automatically eat 100 fewer calories. Studies have demonstrated this effect. Don’t drench your salad with high-calorie dressing, however.

4. Avoid saturated fat. But make sure to have unsaturated fat. When given olive oil instead of butter, people ate 200 fewer calories during their meal. In case you were wondering, olive oil is an unsaturated fat and butter is saturated.

With the above steps in mind, you can lose those flabby upper arms without breaking a sweat. There is a body of scientific evidence that backs this up. So make sure to act on this information now!

Our backs take the majority of the weight of the body. The spine is designed to distribute the weight of the body evenly across the spine. However, some activities or even an injury can cause the weight to be concentrated on a small part of the spine. This is usually concentrated in the lower back. For instance, if you slouch forward, then this places more strain on the upper back to compensate. This can be corrected instantly by putting your shoulders back and sitting upright. This prevents the concentration of force which through time can help to misalign the back.

What about activities that involve lifting. Learning proper lifting techniques are important. When you pick up heavier items, they can do more damage to your back. Heavier items have more mass and require more effort which puts more strain on your back. When lifting items, it is critical to use your legs. Bend your knees and let your legs do the lifting, not your back.

Another area of prevention is warming up and warming down prior to and after physical activities. Many injuries occur due to improper warm up before activities. The muscles and the body are cold and inflexible. When strain is put on them, they do not have the elasticity required and may cause an injury. Massage chairs help the body to warm up and warm down before and after activities.

A massage chair can help adjust the spine with the use of a rolling massage. A rolling massage uses the rollers to go up and down the spine. Using exercise bands to train the upper body

Training of the upper body is very popular these days. The regular method is to train in a gym with weights. You have probably all seen the big fellows standing in front of the mirrors at the gym. They have the body that everyone wants.

You don’t have to stand in front of a mirror with heavy weights to get a great upper body. You can get well on the way just by using the very easy and cheap exercise bands.

In the article you are reading we will show you three simple and easy exercises that you should do with the exercise bands to improve your upper body strength. The good thing about these exercises is that they are very easy to adjust to your level. You should start with about 15 reps and increase when needed.

The chest press

This exercise requires nothing more than your resistance bands and a pole or something upright behind you. Start out with wrapping the bands around the pole that is behind you. Grab the bands with both hands. Make sure that the tubes are on the inside of the wrists. Now you push forward in a motion that resembles a circle. You should feel that it is good for both the chest and the arms.

The over bent row

This is a very simple, but very effective, exercise. It is great for arms and chest. Stand on the center of the bands with both feet. Stand with a 90 degree angle in your hips and pull the tubes up until you reach the torso.

The bicep curl

This is one of the oldest exercises that exists. Stand with both feet on the center of the bands. Grab band at a distance that gives you a good resistance. Pull up with your underarms.

There are a lot of exercises that you can use to tone your upper body. Start with these three simple ones and you will be well on your way to getting the “perfect body”. You should of course combine them with some other basic exercises like sit ups.
