After water, tea is the most commonly consumed beverage worldwide. Tea is tasty, and soothing, but it is so much more than that. Tea, especially green tea, is also a well-recognized enhancer of your health. It can improve the performance of your heart, your cardiovascular system, as well as your bones, teeth and muscles.
