Taking Care Of Business In Maui

August 14th, 2009

What is it about Maui, Hawaii that makes everyone want to go there? Sure, the climate is perfect - an even 80 degrees year round, surrounded by the ocean with salty breezes caressing your skin, palm trees dotting the sky everywhere you look, and plush hotels to thoroughly remove you from everyday life.

Our earth is a wonderful caretaker. Land is available for life to live on. Fresh water is freely given with rainfall to sustain our organic constitutions. An ozone layer surrounds our earth to protect us from burning to a crisp by the strength and power of the sun. We are in an optimal orbit that provides just enough heat and cold to sustain our fragile lives.

There is a small variance of mere single digit percentage points that define the difference between sustainable life and not sustainable as we know it. If the oxygen and carbon dioxide are compromised, most life will simply die. If the oceans lose their vitality, life cannot continue to sustain itself. If it gets too hot or cold, life will become unbearable for a while and then die out.

Many people believe that the earth is just in a state of flux - a normal occurrence for the earth to adjust and stretch her legs. But, the simple fact is that there are more people on the planet than there ever has been. We are using industrial methods that use toxins that have only been in existence for little more than a century. Plant and animal life are steadily disappearing while more buildings and manmade environments are built that don’t include plants or animals.

Of course, you could learn to surf or body surf on Maui, but you could also go sailing, parasailing, or boating and see the island from a distance. Seeing how little the island is compared to the expansive Pacific gives you an appreciation for its existence. Plus, you might spot a dolphin or two, or more. Doing a little scuba diving will enhance your appreciation with all the beautiful, colorful, and sometimes dangerous life is thriving around the islands.

You can become a distributor yourself or an investor if you would like more of a low key role in the company. The offer a wide range of products which helps them be marketable to many different buyers. With such a wide selection, you are sure to find something you need.
